Our Mandate is to:

– Equipping believers with the word of God as the weapon to face the end time battles. Jeremiah 3:15.
Restoration & Revival Movement
The Restoration Revival Movement is a platform where believers are instructed into righteousness, souls are revived. This is a call to restore whatever men have lost in the world by the transforming power of God.
About the Pastor Baraka B. Naylor
Ap. Baraka Naylor is a Congolese preacher and the founder of IMOE Ministries, a Christian ministry based in Kampala, Uganda, since April 2021.
He is the author of the daily devotional “The Kingdom Mind”, a discipleship tool for spiritual growth and transformation.
He has been a student of the Bible at WOFBI ( Word Of Faith Bible Institute) Kampala Campus, an institution founded and presided by Bishop David Oyedepo. Baraka Naylor was ordained as an assistant pastor at Winners’ Chapel Internation kampala in July 2025.
Baraka B. Naylor holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Cavendish University.
Together with IMOE, they hold a monthly service tagged: “Evening Of Restoration” which stands as a significant phase of his ministry founded on the promise he received from God: “As they shall be coming up, I will restore whatever they lost to the devil in a double position” Obadiah 1:17
Apostle Naylor is a devoted preacher whose message aims to break the veil on the face of men by preaching the word of light. He is also passionate about training believers in the area of winning souls for Christ and leads them in a soul winning campaign tagged 500 Houses Campaign.
